Cancellations

The customer must make any request to cancel an order in writing, stating the reasons.

Cancellations of regularly inventoried merchandise can be accepted, but cancellations of merchandise orders that Carbotecnia requires to acquire or produce, or those corresponding to special projects, are not accepted.

Ugly Ugly Store reserves the right to authorize any cancellation.

In cancellations authorized by Ugly Ugly Store, one of the following charges will be made, whichever is greater: (a) 20% of the invoiced value of the merchandise canceled; or (b) The sum of the expenses incurred by Ugly Ugly Store before and after cancellation, including, without limitation, the amount equivalent to materials, labor, administrative processes, engineering work, work in process and any other expenses generated by Ugly Ugly Store in relation to said order.

The refund of the money will be made within a period that does not affect the liquidity of Ugly Ugly Store, and by means of a personal check or bank transfer in the name of the natural or legal person who made the purchase.
