Shipping Policy

Orders will be processed until proof of payment has been received by email at UglyUglyStore@gmail.com . In case there is authorized credit, they will be processed after receiving the purchase order or purchase confirmation, also to the email UglyUglyStore@gmail.com , provided that there is no past due balance in the customer's credit.

The equipment, materials or products that are in stock will be shipped no later than two business days after receiving the payment.

In orders of special manufacture or that are not in inventories, Ugly Ugly Store will inform the time in which you can make the shipment.

The customer will pay the shipping costs and may choose the carrier or parcel company of their choice.

If for any reason beyond Ugly Ugly Store, the order cannot be delivered within the established time limit, the customer will be notified.

Ugly Ugly Store is not responsible for delays in the delivery of products due to causes beyond its control, such as: delays from our suppliers, those that depend on the carrier, shortages of materials, strikes, fires or natural accidents.

Once the orders have been delivered to the carrier or parcel company, the delivery of the product is the responsibility of the same, the client will have the option of contracting insurance.

If the client (recipient) wants the carrier or parcel company to assume responsibility for the value of the declared merchandise and to cover all kinds of risks, including those arising from acts of God or force majeure, an additional charge, equivalent to to the value of the insurance premium that you contract.

When the order has been delivered to a carrier or parcel company, the customer will be informed of the tracking number electronically, so that he can track it.

Shipping costs are not included in the quoted price, except when clearly stated otherwise.

The merchandise will be delivered to the address indicated by the client and to the person who is at that moment, and who shows an official identification. If no person is found at the indicated address,
(a) If the delivery service is performed by the Ugly Ugly Store, the Ugly Ugly Store will charge again for the next attempt;
(b) If the delivery service is performed by a carrier or parcel company, it will apply its policies.

When Ugly Ugly Store personnel have omitted or caused an error in the delivery data, all extra expenses generated will be paid by the person in charge.

The client must review the received material well and sign in accordance when appropriate. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH IT, YOU MUST MAKE YOUR CLAIM AT THE TIME OF RECEIPT, WRITE THE DISAGREEMENT IN THE GUIDE AND SUBMIT YOUR CLAIM IN WRITING TO THE TRANSPORTATION OR PACKAGE COMPANY WITHIN THE FOLLOWING 24 HOURS.

For imported products, delivery dates are estimated as they depend on various factors that are not in the hands of Ugly Ugly Store. Therefore, Ugly Ugly Store will make reasonable efforts to comply with them, but will not be responsible for it.
Exchange and return policy

The customer must make any request for a return of an order in writing, stating the reasons.

Returns of regularly inventoried merchandise may be accepted, but orders of merchandise that the Ugly Ugly Store requires to purchase or produce, or those that correspond to special projects, are not accepted.

Ugly Ugly Store reserves the right to authorize any returns.

The customer will pay all shipping costs derived from the return authorized by Ugly Ugly Store. In the event that the return has been made for reasons attributable to Ugly Ugly Store, it will reimburse the amount of the shipment to the customer.

The return must be made in the original packaging.

For Ugly Ugly Store authorized returns, one of the following charges, whichever is greater, will be assessed:
(a) 20% of the invoiced value of the returned merchandise; either
(b) The sum of the expenses incurred by Ugly Ugly Store before and after the return, including, without limitation, the amount equivalent to materials, labor, administrative processes, engineering work, work in process and any other expenses incurred by Ugly Ugly Store in connection with said order.

The refund of the money will be made within a period that does not affect the liquidity of Ugly Ugly Store, and by means of a personal check or bank transfer in the name of the natural or legal person who made the purchase.

The return of merchandise, including that which Ugly Ugly Store does not normally have in inventory, or that of special projects, will only be accepted for the following reasons:

by defects

For hidden vices, and

Due to shipping error

The customer must send the merchandise together with all its accessories, manuals and warranty policies.
